If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit if we don't have the size you require in stock.

If the sizing you have selected is not quite right we can set up an exchange for you to get the right size in your hands! Just follow these steps:
1. Let us know! Give us a heads up by emailing us at [email protected]
2.The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.
3. Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for is our flat rate fee of $10 for Australian packages and $25 for International packages. You will be notified via your Paypal email address for the request of the postage upon receipt of your exchange item.
4.The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
5. Exchanges must be applied for within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
6. Europatea store reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
